APRICOT 2027's Program Committee has launched its call for presentations and tutorials ahead of the conference scheduled for Hong Kong SAR, China, from 24 February to 4 March 2027. The committee seeks speakers capable of delivering technical tutorials, presenting at conference sessions, moderating panel discussions, and facilitating informal Birds of Feather breakout sessions.
The summit maintains an in-person-only format; remote presentations are not permitted, as organizers emphasize the event's role as a networking venue for all attendees.
Conference milestones
Submission slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, independent of published deadlines. The actual conference program runs Monday 1 to Wednesday 3 March 2027, with all content scheduled across these three days.

Peering Forum
Peering Personal submissions must consist of a single slide displaying the operator's PeeringDB entry. The APRICOT 2027 Peering Personals page provides guidance on crafting effective submissions.
Call for Presentations submission requirements
Submissions for both tutorials and conference sessions must include draft slides in presentation format; proposals lacking this material face immediate rejection. For ongoing work, the most recent available information at submission time is acceptable.
All draft and final slides must be in PDF format only. Presenters must ensure slides represent original authorship with all proprietary company markings removed.
Product marketing, sales, and vendor-specific content violates APRICOT's principles and is forbidden. Proper attribution is mandatory for all borrowed material. Plagiarism results in rejection. Presentations must be original work; content produced by machine learning algorithms is prohibited unless explicitly identified as such to illustrate a specific point.
Final slides must meet the specified deadline for posting on the APRICOT 2027 website.
Most speaking slots typically fill substantially before the final deadline. The Program Committee may reserve a small number of slots through the final deadline for presentations deemed exceptionally timely, significant, or operationally critical. Early submission is strongly encouraged, as the committee regularly declines proposals once all available slots are occupied before the deadline closes.
Presenters with questions should contact the Program Committee via email. Complete information, including the Call for Presentations FAQ, appears on the APRICOT 2027 Call for Presentations page.
