Doors are now open for registration at APRICOT 2027, the regional summit scheduled to take place across Hong Kong SAR, China from 24 February through 4 March 2027. The event draws Internet operations leaders and practitioners from across the Asia Pacific region and beyond to discuss technical developments and operational trends shaping the Internet landscape.

APNIC is inviting both Members and the broader Internet community to participate. Those who complete registration and payment by 15 November 2026 qualify for the early bird pricing tier.

Pricing structure and registration windows

Attendees may register for the APRICOT MasterClass or APNIC Academy training sessions, the main conference, or both. Registration costs decrease with earlier commitment.

  • Early bird (through 15 November 2026): USD 300 for training, USD 300 for conference, same rate for all registrants
  • Standard (16 November 2026 to 6 February 2027): APNIC and Asia Pacific Network Operators Group (APNOG) Members pay USD 300 (training) and USD 350 (conference); others pay USD 400 and USD 500
  • Last minute (from 7 February 2027): APNIC and APNOG Members pay USD 350 (training) and USD 490 (conference); others pay USD 500 and USD 700
  • Social events: Opening and Closing Social events are complimentary for all in-person paid attendees within venue capacity; Peering Social is free for Peering Forum participants

Training registration closes on 12 February 2027 or when capacity is reached, whichever occurs first. Complete fee schedules and payment details are available on the APRICOT 2027 registration page.

Member discount program

APNIC Members receive a 30% reduction from the standard conference rate. Beginning 16 November 2026, this translates to USD 150 in savings on standard pricing and USD 210 at the last-minute rate. The discount initiative launched at APRICOT 2026 and continues forward; APNOG members receive identical pricing to support broad participation.

Training, meetings and conference schedule

Training sessions—including MasterClasses and APNIC Academy offerings—run 24 to 26 February 2027 at the Hong Kong Productivity Council headquarters in Kowloon. These in-person classes frequently reach capacity well ahead of the registration deadline, making early enrollment advisable.

The remainder of the summit convenes at the Hopewell Hotel in Wan Chai. Partner meetings occur on 27 and 28 February 2027. The main conference takes place 1 to 3 March 2027, followed by the APNIC Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, 4 March 2027. AGM attendance is free, with on-site registration opening at 09:00 (UTC +8) on the day of the meeting.

Call for presentations

The submission window for presentations remains open through 25 January 2027. Speaking slots typically fill substantially before the deadline, so early submission is encouraged. The conference website contains topic guidance, submission procedures and guidelines for prospective speakers.

Hosting and support

APNIC acknowledges APNOG's continued partnership and backing of the community. APRICOT 2027 is co-hosted by the Hong Kong Network Operators Group (HKNOG) and the Hong Kong Internet Exchange (HKIX), with additional support from event sponsors who enable the summit to proceed.
