Revolut is working to restore operations following a significant outage that took down most of its platform globally. The disruption has prompted widespread complaints from users unable to access the mobile app, execute transfers, and use other essential banking functions.
The company confirmed that the incident began on Tuesday morning and stated that customer funds and data remain secure. "We are currently experiencing a service disruption affecting multiple services. We can confirm that all our customers' money and data are safe," the company said in a statement.
"We've been working to fix the issue since it was identified this morning and apologise to anyone affected and for any inconvenience caused," Revolut added.
According to its status dashboard, the outage has impacted 28 separate services. The affected functions include account sign-ins, card transactions, fund transfers, currency conversion, equity trading, and customer support channels, all currently showing partial unavailability.

The incident marks another operational challenge for the platform, which disclosed a data breach last month involving personally identifiable information shared with a threat actor posing as a government representative. Additionally, Revolut revealed a separate breach four years prior in which attackers obtained personal, contact, and financial details belonging to more than 50,000 customers during an incident in September 2022.
Revolut operates across 160+ countries and regions, serving more than 80 million customers alongside 800,000 business clients through its banking, money management, and investment offerings.
